The Customer shall take adequate measures for the protection of data and programs, in particular by making backup copies at the minimum intervals recommended by SAP. SAP shall not be liable for the loss of data and its recovery, notwithstanding the other limitations of the present Art. 4 if this loss could have been avoided by observing this obligation. f. The exclusion or the limitation of claims in accordance with the present Art. 4 includes claims against employees or agents of SAP. |
